This spot might mean shit to you but is the world to me

The farm that I photographed feels like a place in an ideal world. People feel welcome and safe and everyone can do what they want.
I find it so special that it exists. The life attitude and openness of the prominent family who lives here makes it all possible. There are distinct characters of all ages with their own story that hang around here. This is my playground and the world in small pulls me over here. The strong stories and life lessons that fly around the campfire while the cat runs with the fish and the flies continuesly stick around out of ciriosity and lethargy. A farm where the Buddhas are staring at you, and mowing the lawn takes days. In winter the white snow on the landscape looks like a Thai beach and the fog obscures the boundaries of the world. It is here and now where I am.

For me, the series are talking about the questions: what is your spot or home port and what does this mean? What are your choices, where do you learn to know yourself and what/who is your primary teacher?
